Caoimhe Lynch is a CORU and ISCP registered chartered physiotherapist with a BSc in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin. During her training she gained clinical expertise across a wide variety of settings, including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurorehabilitation, paediatrics, surgical respiratory care and acute stroke recovery. This diversity of inpatient and outpatient specialist training helps Caoimhe to adapt treatment plans to suit each patient’s progress and goals.
Caoimhe enjoys helping people return to their everyday activities, whether that is recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition, or building strength and confidence through exercise.
Caoimhe has a specialist interest in treating sports injuries in runners and GAA players. She has vast experience in treating back and neck pain in all ages. Through her own sporting endeavours, she has gained valuable insights around injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Caoimhe is actively involved in Gaelic football and plays for her club Bailieborough Shamrocks in Cavan.
